At Manoranjitham, we try delivering your order as early as possible within the stipulated time frame. Right from processing to packaging to shipping, we maintain the highest quality and safety standards. Please take the time to read through and understand our policy thoroughly.

Shipping within India

We have option for same day delivery in Hyderabad, if ordered before 3 PM
Standard shipping costs vary on the order value and will be calculated at check out.
Standard shipping in India takes 3-5 working days

International Shipping

Charges on International Shipping varies based on the destination. Please proceed to cart to check the charges.
Standard International shipping takes about 5-8 working days.

Other Terms

For orders within India, shipping timelines are regulated by the state government and are subject to delay if a lockdown is in place.

Kindly note that the estimated delivery dates can be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances faced by our delivery partners and are beyond our control. We do our best to track your order and keep you updated, and will not be held responsible for the delay.

We request you provide us with your full address, PIN code, primary and an alternate contact number at the time of order to make the delivery process smooth and efficient. We would not be held liable for the incorrect address provided, and no refunds can be claimed by the buyer for any delay in delivery of the products.

Your orders can take 2 to 5 working days from the date of receipt of the order to the actual delivery date for domestic couriers. If you require any products to be delivered on any particular date, please write to us. We will try our best to deliver on the requested date, and a tracking number will be provided at the time of dispatch.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and good condition, we only use the most reliable courier services to deliver the product to your destination.

The tracking details of the shipment, along with the carrier information, will be mailed to you once the product is out for delivery.

We do not entertain returns and exchanges on clearance sale orders. If the order placed by you includes multiple products, we usually combine them in a single box before shipping. In the event you require them to be packaged separately, please write to us at info@manoranjitham.com along with your order number.

Packaging and shipping the products in individual boxes may incur an additional charge. Throughout our packaging and shipping process, we have multiple quality checkpoints to ensure the products reach you in the perfect state. In the unlikely event that you notice the package is damaged or tampered with, we request you not to accept it from the delivery personnel. Kindly notify us about it immediately via email, along with pictures of the damaged packaging.
