Our sarees are 100% Pure and they are all handwoven, unless mentioned otherwise in the saree description. So we request you to please read the saree specifications carefully. In a few of the sarees, there would be cross weaving between the body and the pallu, which is quite natural and is a sign of pure handlooms

Please ensure that the package is not damaged when delivered by the courier/shipping company. If the package is damaged, tampered or opened in any form, do not accept the delivery and immediately contact our customer service. We suggest you record the unboxing experience which would also help in case a exchange is requested
